From the two gents who performed the servicing of my septic tank that were polite and respectful of my property, the convenience of online payment (very fair pricing as well), to the young lady who always answered the phone promptly, I would definitely recommend them.
I’m very please with Superior and the work that was done. The office lady was very nice. She provided me with a quote over the phone and was able to send someone to take a look at the issue fairly quickly. Mark was super patient with me. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to help me understand the issue, by showing me the parts and explaining the process. In fact, the entire staff at Superior that I interacted with was very professional. The best part was that I didn’t feel like they tried to upsell their job. I was billed what I was quoted. They seem honest and genuine to me… and because of that they have earned another loyal customer and future business from me. I definitely recommend them!

Very friendly, called before my scheduled time to let me know what was going on, then text again when on way. He answered all my questions, cleaned my filter, pumped and inspected my tank and then left my yard as if nothing happened minus a little dirt overturned.
Had a slight emergency on the day after thanksgiving. Called superior and they fixed my issue within a few hours. Fast friendly service on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend!!
This company was a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional and prompt. They put in a new drain field for my septic system which most of my front yard had to be dug up to do. I thought, oh god what a mess but when they were all done, it was all graded off nice and smooth and looked really good. I was very pleased. Their prices are fair and their work is done very well. Kayla is such a sweetheart to deal with and if she tells you she will call you back, she does what she says she’s going to do. I just can’t say enough about this company. If you hire them, you will be glad that you did. Thank you guys for the good job that you did. Definitely 5 + Stars!?
John and Jeff were very knowledgeable and prompt. I even received a text letting me know that they were on their way. They explained the process as they inspected and pumped our septic system and offered sound advice for maintaining the system in the future. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had my septic system alarm and light activated. This was 6:30 PM just two days ago. I called Superior Septic and received a call back that evening from the Owner. He advised me that John S would be at my house first thing the next day to fix the system and to fix the problem for me. True to his word John appeared at My Home 10 o’clock in the morning. He diagnosed the problem. The pump system had failed. He had all the equipment and materials needed for the replacement . He worked promptly and did a great job and had my system up and running and in good shape within an hour to an hour and a half. I cannot recommend Superior Septic and their technician, John S., more highly. They are an AWESOME company,

A1 service. Showed up early, took care of everything, and gave me tips on maintenance. I appreciate them for making things fast and easy for me I was about to install a riser and lid myself on Amazon thinking I was gonna save money, these guys did the work and it was less than what I would have paid to do it myself. Awesome company, awesome results. there was a slight issue that Came up later and I’m happy to report that they address it and took care of me like a company Should and for that I’d continue To do business with them. We had our tank installed about 5 years ago by Superior Septic. They were fantastic then and still are to this day. Seth and Nate showed up and took care of the issue post haste. This company was wonderful! I called 2 companies that were closer to my home before then and neither bothered to answer the phones. Superior answered on the 2nd ring and the woman in the office was so nice and helpful. They came to the house within an hour of me calling and quickly found the lid upon arrival (we had no idea where it was). When I told them it was my first time having a septic tank and that I didn't really understand how it worked they took the time to explain everything they were doing, the type of tank I have, explained how other tanks are and the differences between them. They showed me the way oil and grease clumps up in the tank and the importance of not dumping it in our drains in the first place. They called the office for me to find out how I could get a receipt for the service and thanked me for choosing them as they know there are other companies closer to my home. I will definitely be having them back next time we need ours serviced.

The office staff was very easy to work with to schedule an appointment. The service men Mark and Josh were very professional and prompt. They explained everything as they worked to pump out our septic and clean the filter. The put the sod back in the yard and it looked great. I called with a 911 for an emergency septic pump out and possible drain field clog. Kaitlyn answered the phone and was very helpful and polite. She took care of my needs and dispatched a field tech right away. Danny (the field tech) went above and beyond to communicate and help pump out the system and educate me on maintenance issues. Amazing, Wow from the first call getting me scheduled, and then coming the same day. Superior needs to get a 6th star. Hands down the best customer service from a local company, they earned my business for the foreseeable future. The technician Mark K. was very polite and respectful and went to great lengths to protect my property and his company’s equipment; he asked questions to completely address my family’s needs with the septic system failure 3 days before Christmas. He educated me on the proper maintenance on the system without preaching to me and made it interesting considering the topic. Please give them a call and let Superior Septic earn your business. For the record I’m not related to anyone at the company and I found them by a google search. Now I know why they have an excellent rating. This was my experience and understand that the company has limitations. I truly wasn’t expecting this quality of service where they were motivated to earn my business and not just service my system. Superior Septic will be the first company I call for my future needs and I’ll wait if needed to have them solve my septic system issues going forward.
Happy pumping is done...service techs pleasant and considerate. Disappointed 4 years ago same company mortared the cover so tight that the cover had to be broken in order to pump. Had to install riser and cover for additional $250 so tank integrity was preserved. Cost me $250 extra because their employee did not perform quality work 4 years ago Company contacted me and sent check for $250 as reimbursement...definitely a class act. Thank you!! Would use them again!
Superior Septic came out today to pump out our septic tank, and they were a pleasure to work with! The office reps were friendly and made it easy to schedule a day and time and provided a short window/wait time for the appt. They emailed and sent texts to confirm the appointment and let me know which tech would be arriving and when he was on his way. The techs were very friendly and provided good advice for maintaining our system, which was helpful and appreciated. Super happy with their customer service-friendly business! Will definitely use them again and recommend my neighbors.
